I came across every platform from different tube stations and often see this ads running around. What strikes me is how powerful the message is of a female figure position as running towards and in the background big O2 as if the female is running on the top. Visually this is stunning the use of colours do feel like a vintage retro from the 40s travel commercial airline adverts. The use of simple vector using lines and shapes works well with the vintage colour dark tones.
Strangely I find it bizarre way what this visual message was trying to show. It is a big mess of South America continent where every object just shoved in one place. Each individual object I suppose represents different cultures from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia other South American nations. The composition and negative space do works well and balanced.
A prime example of what the compositon and balance should be. The use of layers are balanced out carefully. The colours shows very significant in black and white tone except the plane. When I looked very closely this was digitally retouched and edited. The use of typography slogan toned in red to fit with the traditional SWISS airline logo. The red colour is the national symbolic of Switzerland's national flag.
